WQ-P620 is a high density polyethylene wax powder. Characterized with high melting point, high temperature resistance, and high hardness, it is a competitive polyethylene wax alternative to Ceridust 3610. With excellent adhesion, outstanding dispersibility, high softness, smoothness, and superior coverage, WQ-P620 recommended for solvent and water based coatings and inks.
This polyethylene wax powder is used in paper surface coatings to enhance smoothness, gloss, and abrasion resistance. Its high melting point and temperature resistance ensure stability during processing, while its high hardness and adhesion improve the durability of the paper. Besides, it also could be used in internal sizing agent to improve the water resistance and strength of paper. Its excellent dispersibility ensures uniform distribution within the paper, enhancing overall performance.
