Introduction
WL-0376 is a water-based acrylic modified alkyd resin, which has excellent quick-drying, good initial water resistance, good salt spray resistance, and low odor.

Instructions
1. WL-0376 can be emulsified with water. When emulsifying, first add 50% water and stir evenly, then slowly add the remaining water while stirring. The emulsion is relatively stable under slightly alkaline conditons, but the addition of acidic substances such as acidic pigments and some driers can easily cause demulsification.
When adding acidic substances, please pay attention to adjusting the its PH. Organic amines can be used to adjust the PH. The viscosity of the emulsion will increase with the increase of PH value.
2. Water-based drier needs to added when using. The type and amount need to be selected by test. It is recommended to use the our matching drier. It is recommended to add the some neutralizer before emulsification, stir well and then emulsify.
3. It can be used to grind pigment paste. When grinding, pay attention to keep the temperature below 40℃.
4. It is recommended to dilute WL-0376 with water directly. If need to add solvent, alcohol solvent can be added.
5. Some pigment fillers with too much water soluble matter, when adding large amount of grinding, it is easy to make the demulsification or the viscosity is too high. Zinc phosphate, calcium carbonate, etc., they can be used after test.
6. It is recommended to dilute with distilled water when using, and tools can be washed with alkaline detergent water.

Storage: Place in a cool ventilated place,keep container tightly closed. Storage temperature is 0-40℃.
