Application:
WL130A is water-dilutable and typically incorporates drying agents into the system. It exhibits ambient temperature or low-temperature baking curing capabilities, enabling dual application flexibility.

WL130A features high gloss retention and exceptional corrosion resistance, making it suitable for mixed paints, anti-rust primers, and similar applications. Its coatings provide durable gloss preservation and rust protection, with air-drying capability or low-temperature baking options.
Stability Characteristics:
Stable under neutral to slightly alkaline conditions
Unstable when diluted with acidic or contaminated water
Requires strict pH monitoring during formulation
Precipitation risks may occur with acidic pigments (e.g., carbon black). pH adjustment can be achieved using triethylamine or N,N-dimethylethanolamine. Notably, dispersion viscosity increases proportionally with pH elevation.
